Thanks, the Breville team Like Report Terry Coote asked 4 years ago Lots of slow cookers say to cook on high or low for a csrtain amount of hours.

There is no high or low to select on the breville fast slow cooker. Only 6 or 8 hours. How do you work out cook time. Like Share More 1 answer Breville Breville 4 years ago Hi Terry - with the BPR200 you can make two selections when slow cooking either a 6 hour cook or an 8 hour cook. The 8 hour cook is for more tougher meats, like lamb shanks, whole pot roasts, corned beef, osso bucco. The 6 hour cook is recommended for chicken dishes as chicken requires less cooking time. You only need to adjust the low, medium or high setting when pressure cooking. Below is a guide as to how long to cook certain things for and which setting either low, medium or high to set it too. If you require a table for pressure cooking times - please contact 1300 139 798 and customer service can email you information. Like Share More 2 answers Carol Huffer 4 years ago No I haven't sorry. Like Report EJC 4 years ago Always safer to invest in a specialised pressure canner that has the external dial to read the pressure. Most of the research on this is US based, but thankfully, bacteria is bacteria no matter where you are in the world and thus treating botulism is the same. Here is an example. The All American brand make a great canner, just be careful of some that are not original - I have heard horror stories. Aside form that, they are generally big enough to take reasonable number of jars. Its a shame that they can't do both, but its a worthy investment.:-) Like Report Samantha K asked 4 years ago Hello - just bought this machine - quick question.
